Our Titanium frames carry a 2 year warranty, to the original purchaser and covers defective material and workmanship,  it does not cover misuse, abuse and crashes.

Our Cromoly steel frames carry a 3 year warranty, to the original purchaser and covers defective material and workmanship,  it does not cover misuse, abuse and crashes.

Our Aluminium frames carry 1 year warranty, to the original purchaser and covers defective material and workmanship,  it does not cover misuse, abuse and crashes.

Any product(s) that has been modified, re-finished, purchased used, or does not have the original receipt of sale, will not be covered under the warranty...no exceptions!

We recommend that you bring your frame to a professional bicycle mechanic and have it properly built up.

WE Highly recommend using only top quality tools to adjust or disassemble your bike, to avoid small but big issues like stripped bolts from a rounded hex wrench.   We use WERA TOOLS and recommend these.

 

Warranty is at our discretion!!  Frames will be shipped back at purchasers expense for inspection, in the case that the frame issue is covered under our warranty, we will repair , replace or offer crash warranty depending on issue that arose and how it occurred. 

 
In no event(s) shall Cachet Bicycle Company or its affiliates be held liable for special, indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
